FAULTY CUSTOMIZATION

However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. In the rare instance that there is a fault in the customization process from our side, we are more than happy to address the issue. We provide a 7-day return window from the date of receipt for cases where the fault lies with our customization.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you believe there is a fault in the customization and would like to initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your case promptly and guide you through the return process if deemed necessary.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
