Shipping Delays:

Change of Address:

  • Once an order has been shipped, no changes to the shipping address can be accommodated.

Return to Origin (RTO) Procedures:

  • In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons such as incorrect address or non-availability at the provided address, our courier partners will make three attempts to contact you for successful delivery.
  • If all attempts fail and the package is returned to our facility as Return to Origin (RTO), customers will be required to bear the re-shipping charges to have their products delivered again.
  • It is imperative to respond promptly to any communication attempts made by our courier partners to avoid RTO situations.
