Thank you for shopping with Cosmos Layers (operated by Project Cosmos). We are committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience, including reliable dispatch and delivery. This policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on cosmoslayers.in.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) — each item is freshly printed for you after your order is placed. Please allow a dispatch (handling) time of 2–3 working days for your order to be produced and handed over to our courier partner.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day. Dispatch time may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • Other locations: 3–5 working days after dispatch

In total, most orders are delivered within 6–8 working days from the date of purchase. Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take a little longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
  • We offer a 10% discount on prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. A non-refundable COD fee of ₹98 is charged in addition to the order value on COD orders. To avoid this fee, choose a prepaid payment method at checkout.
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID via WhatsApp and/or email. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier partner's website, or by logging into your account on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Partners

We ship through reputed third-party courier partners. The courier assigned to your order is determined by serviceability at your delivery pin code.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, courier disruptions, regional restrictions, or high-volume periods. If your order is experiencing a significant delay, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

Change of Address
  • Address changes are allowed only before the order has been dispatched.
  • Please request any address correction as early as possible after placing your order.
  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
  • To request a change, message us on WhatsApp at [YOUR WHATSAPP NUMBER] or email support@cosmoslayers.in with your Order ID and the corrected address.
Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts — for example, due to the customer being unavailable, unreachable, refusing the parcel, or providing an incorrect address — the shipment may be returned to us (RTO). To avoid this, please respond promptly to any delivery calls or messages from the courier.

  • For COD orders, the ₹98 COD fee is non-refundable in the event of an RTO, and we reserve the right to restrict future COD eligibility for repeatedly undeliverable or refused orders.
  • For prepaid orders returned as RTO, the paid order amount will be issued as Store Credit (usable on cosmoslayers.in). No cash or bank refund is provided.

Damaged Parcels on Arrival

If your parcel appears tampered with or badly damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and note the damage where possible. See our Return, Replacement & Store Credit Policy for how we handle transit damage and the mandatory unboxing-video requirement.

Domestic Shipping Only

At present, we ship within India only.
