Welcome to Cosmos Layers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cosmoslayers.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

The Site is operated by Project Cosmos ("Cosmos Layers", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered partnership firm with its principal place of business at Third Floor, 423A, Gaunchhi Road, Near Mukesh Building Material, Sector 55, Faridabad, Haryana – 121004, India. GSTIN: 06ABEFP8692E1ZX.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. A breach of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your right to use the Site.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Nearly all of our products — including Impact Cases, Tank Cases, Anti-Yellow Clear Cases, mobile skins, and accessories — are custom-made and printed to order for the specific phone model and design you select. Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, except as set out in our Return, Replacement & Store Credit Policy.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • A non-refundable COD convenience fee of ₹98 is charged in addition to the order value on all COD orders. This fee is forfeited in the event of order cancellation or a Return to Origin (RTO). For full details, see our Return, Replacement & Store Credit Policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or a pattern of abusive ordering behaviour.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Cancellations & Address Changes

As our products are made to order and enter production immediately, order cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed. A change of delivery address may be requested only before the order has been fulfilled (dispatched). To request an address change, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email as early as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been handed to the courier.

5. Returns, Replacements & Store Credit

We do not accept returns and do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. For issues such as products damaged in transit, defective items, or the wrong item being shipped, we offer a free replacement, subject to the conditions (including a mandatory unboxing video and a 3-day contact window) set out in our separate Return, Replacement & Store Credit Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Free Gifts & Promotional Offers

From time to time we include complimentary free gifts with certain products. These gifts are offered purely as a goodwill gesture and are not a guaranteed or purchasable part of your order. Where a free gift is unavailable (for example, due to it being out of stock), your order will be dispatched without it and no compensation, credit, or price adjustment will be due. Promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Product Descriptions & Colour Variation

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will render colours accurately, and slight variations in colour, tone, or print position between the on-screen image and the delivered product are normal and are not considered a defect. Product images may include design elements for illustration purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, text, graphics, product designs, images, and the Cosmos Layers brand — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the Site or our designs without our prior written permission. Designs are created for personal use; any resale or commercial exploitation of our products is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the Site. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site for violating any of these prohibited uses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmos Layers, its partners, and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmos Layers and its partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
