All products are made-to-order and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Most orders arrive within 4–5 working days from purchase.
Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp/email once dispatched, and address changes are only possible before dispatch.
Refund & Exchange
As every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong model selection, or design preference, and orders can't be cancelled once placed.
Free replacements are offered for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items — just contact us within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and a continuous unboxing video.
We don't issue cash or bank refunds; eligible cases receive Store Credit, valid for 12 months on cosmoslayers.in with no deductions.

What kind of image works best?
A sharp photo straight from your phone's camera is fine. What doesn't work: screenshots, images saved from Instagram or WhatsApp, or anything already blurry — compression strips detail that printing can't put back. If it looks soft on your screen, it will look softer on the case.
What happens if my image is too low quality to print?
We check every upload before printing. If yours won't print well, we'll message you before we start and ask for a better version rather than printing something you'll be unhappy with. Nothing goes to print without passing that check.
Will my whole photo fit on the case?
Not always. Phone cases are tall and narrow, so a wide photo gets cropped at the sides and the camera cutout takes a bite out of the top corner. Keep faces and anything important toward the centre. We adjust the crop for the best result and will check with you if a key part of the image would be lost.
Will the printed colours match my screen exactly?
Close, but not identical. Screens emit light and printing reflects it, so deep blacks and bright neons come out slightly softer in print. Most people don't notice. If exact colour matters for your image, tell us before you approve the mockup.
How long does a custom case take?
Add 1 to 2 working days to normal dispatch for the proof and approval step, so about 2 to 4 working days before it ships, then 3 to 6 working days for delivery. If you're ordering for a specific date, tell us at checkout and we'll confirm whether it's achievable.
Can I return a custom case?
No. It's made for one person with one image and can't be resold, so personalised orders aren't returnable or exchangeable. What is covered: if it arrives damaged, the print is defective, or we sent the wrong model, send photos within 48 hours and we'll remake it free.
